Accounts

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your account, you may simply stop using our Services.
All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Garcia’s Notary & Income Tax Services and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. You understand that you use our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be the state and federal courts located in Texas, USA.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Garcia’s Notary & Income Tax Services may offer SMS text messaging as part of our Services. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following:
Program: Garcia’s Notary & Income Tax Services SMS Alerts
Message Frequency: Varies. You may receive appointment reminders, service updates, document status notifications, billing notices, and customer support messages.
Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box when providing your phone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-Out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes: We may revise or terminate the SMS program at any time. Changes will be reflected in these Terms. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance.
